Motion design or After Effects skills
Your own social content you have made and are proud of
Key Requirements Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools
Great eye and strong sense of taste
Basic video editing skills, comfortable in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
Understanding of composition, color, light, and typography basics
Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts culture
