Key Responsibilities
Promote and implement effective performance management practices across the organization
Analyze performance and organizational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Manage annual performance management processes and collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment with company policies
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or related fields
At least 3 years of experience leading enterprise programs or strategic HR initiatives
Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS data and workforce analytics
Proven ability to influence leaders and facilitate talent discussions
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
