Chef/fe de projet France Num - Animation, expertise et études

Job Title

Assistant to the Head of the Division, the project manager will contribute to the management and animation of the France Num initiative aimed at supporting a maximum number of very small enterprises (TPE) in their digital transformation.
To achieve this, the General Directorate of Enterprises manages the website francenum.gouv.fr, coordinates and implements events and awareness-raising actions, pilots projects, and animates the network.
In particular, the assistant will be responsible for:
Participating in the development of the strategy of the France Num partnership initiative, the implementation of actions, and the animation of the France Num Partners and Activators network.
Enriching and animating the France Num experts network and increasing its contribution to the France Num initiative (articles, awareness-raising actions, webinars).
Programming and implementing France Num webinars by mobilizing the best expertise from the network.
Piloting the annual publication of the France Num barometer (following the provider for the realization of the survey and complementary interviews, the production of deliverables, the restitution of results, the communication; publishing the data in open data).
Following studies on the integration of digital by companies and representing the DGE with the INSEE for the European ICT-Enterprises survey.
Piloting certain projects and participating in the actions of the division.
Required Profile

Project manager with experience in the public sector, interest in the digital transformation of TPE/SMEs, significant experience in studies, proficiency in digital and with digital and IT tools (e.g., Excel, collaborative applications, etc.), significant experience in the deployment of public policies.
