Remote Volunteer Graphic Designer iLevelUP Education

Help iLevelUP create accessible, engaging visual materials that support education, career, financial-capability, and life-readiness opportunities for underserved youth and young people.
We are seeking volunteer Graphic Designers to develop digital and print assets for learning content, outreach, social media, presentations, workshops, email, partnerships, and volunteer recruitment.
Responsibilities:Design graphics, layouts, diagrams, worksheets, presentation templates, social assets, and campaign materialsApply iLevelUP brand standards, typography, color, spacing, imagery, and visual hierarchyDesign for accessibility, readability, mobile use, and varied literacy levelsPrepare correct file sizes, formats, templates, source files, and exportsMaintain organized asset libraries, licenses, versions, and handoff notesCollaborate with content, video, social, UX/UI, accessibility, outreach, and program teamsIncorporate feedback and meet project deadlinesUse approved photography, logos, releases, and copyright-safe assetsQualifications:Portfolio demonstrating graphic, visual, communication, presentation, or educational designProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or comparable toolsStrong typography, layout, hierarchy, accessibility, and production skillsReliable remote collaboration and file managementEducation, nonprofit, youth, or data-visualization experience is helpfulThis is a remote, recurring project-based role available within the United States. Expect approximately 3–6 hours per month.
