Remote Volunteer Video Producer iLevelUP Education Content

Help iLevelUP create clear, engaging videos that prepare underserved youth and young people for education, careers, financial capability, and life.
We are seeking a volunteer Video Producer to guide projects from concept through delivery for learning modules, explainers, testimonials, outreach, social media, volunteer training, and partner presentations.
Responsibilities:Develop concepts, briefs, scripts, budgets, schedules, shot plans, and production workflowsCoordinate approved participants, presenters, writers, editors, animators, designers, and reviewersPlan remote recording, interviews, screen capture, voiceover, animation, or location productionEnsure releases, privacy, safeguarding, accessibility, captions, transcripts, and brand requirementsManage review cycles, assets, file organization, and platform-ready deliverablesMaintain respectful representation and avoid unsupported outcome claimsAdapt long-form content into useful short-form versionsDocument sources, permissions, credits, and production decisionsQualifications:Experience producing video, digital media, education, documentary, marketing, or nonprofit storiesStrong project management, storytelling, communication, and production judgmentFamiliarity with recording, editing, motion graphics, captions, releases, and media rightsAbility to coordinate a distributed volunteer teamYouth or education storytelling experience is helpfulThis is a remote, recurring project-based role available within the United States. Expect approximately 4–8 hours per month.
