Regional Sales Manager

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager in the Phoenix area to lead strategic B2B sales across builders, developers, designers and contractors.
You will own a region, build client relationships from the ground up and collaborate with our Inside Commercial Sales team to win and manage medium to large-scale commercial projects. Expect a high-energy, consultative seller who can navigate pricing, bids, and contracts end-to-end, with daily driving and travel as required.
