Legora is seeking a visionary Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build our Talent Operations function from the ground up. You will design the systems, processes, and programs that enable Legora's global team to scale with excellence, reporting to the VP of Talent.
You'll define the roadmap, establish data-driven KPIs, own the Ashby talent stack, and partner with People leadership to shape our long-term talent strategy while supporting an in-person Union Square, New York environment.
