Job Details At least 5 years of experience in construction operations, production management, or leading cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple internal departments and drive results in a structured, goal-oriented setting.
Strong skills in organization, communication, and decision-making.
Experience in commercial or multifamily roofing or cladding is a plus.
Familiarity with project management software; experience with Buildertrend is especially valued.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing process improvements across teams.
Analytical mindset with a focus on accurate reporting and performance metrics.
Leadership approach that combines structure and discipline with respect and support for team members.
