Talent Manager

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote People & Talent Manager will manage talent acquisition and HR operations, ensuring high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle while partnering with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for various positions, partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies and drive efficient hiring processes
Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned departments, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and coaching
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations to ensure compliance and maintain accurate employee records

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of progressive HR and recruiting experience with direct partnership with managers
Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
Experience supporting healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced remote environment
