Principal Designer

Leading the development of a comprehensive design system, the full-time remote Principal Product Designer will collaborate with product, technology, and leadership teams to create and implement a user-centered UX design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across Neumo's product portfolio.
Key responsibilities:

Drive the creation and organization of Neumo's visual design system, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize product strategy
Guide product teams in designing and iterating components for inclusive user experiences while managing the design system roadmap
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and advocate for user needs throughout the product development process

Required qualifications:

8+ years of experience in UX/UI design within a B2B enterprise SaaS environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating systematic product thinking
Previous experience managing design teams and shared design libraries, ideally in Figma
Expertise in modular-based, responsive design and a solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
Experience working with full-featured design systems and collaborating in an agile/scrum development process
Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for design decisions based on best practices and user research
