People Experience Generalist: Retention & Onboarding

Vladimir Jones is seeking an HR Generalist to own the employee experience, including onboarding, retention strategies, engagement follow-through, and culture programming. The role collaborates with Vida HR for mentorship and escalation while handling BambooHR operations and people processes daily.
The position reports to the President and focuses on retention, onboarding, benefits coordination, and HR analytics to keep our team engaged and with us long-term.
