Patient Communications Specialist - Per Diem (Call Center)

The Elliot Health System is seeking a Per Diem Main Campus Call Center agent to provide superior service via the main telephone lines and to route calls to the appropriate destinations across River’s Edge, New Hampshire Hospital for Children, Elliot Direct, and other units.
Per diem mornings and evenings, you will play a critical role in patient access, information delivery, and inter‑department communications while maintaining professional courtesy and accurate log records.
