Purpose of the Job
As Director / Sr Director – Business Development you will lead strategic partnerships with health systems and provider organisations across the US. This individual will be responsible for introducing and expanding adoption of Doceree’s Spark platform and patient access solutions, helping health systems improve physician workflows, reduce administrative burden, accelerate therapy initiation, and enhance patient access to treatment. The ideal candidate understands how health systems operate, has experience navigating complex provider organisations, and can engage executive, clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a health system partnership strategy to accelerate adoption of Doceree’s solutions
Build relationships with health systems executives, CMOs, CIOs, VPs of Pharmacy Services, VPs of Clinical Operations, and digital transformation stakeholders
Identify opportunities to deploy Spark, affordability solutions, patient support programs and workflow optimisation initiatives
Lead complex partnership negotiations, including commercial agreements, revenue-sharing models, and integration partnerships
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation and adoptions
Serve as a trusted advisor to health system partners and executive stakeholders
Build and maintain a robust pipeline or partnership opportunities
Represent Doceree at industry conferences, trade shows, and executive meetings
Develop business cases and strategic recommendation for new partnership opportunities

Qualifications - Experience, Skills & Education
7+ years of experience in health system sales, HealthTech, patient access, healthcare consulting, provider partnerships, or enterprise healthcare business development
Deep understanding of health system operations and clinical workflows
Experience selling into hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), academic medical centers, or large provider organizations
Proven track record of building and closing enterprise-level partnerships
Strong understanding of HealthTech ecosystems and clinical workflows
Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
Exceptional executive presence and relationship-building skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strategic healthcare experience with ability to thrive in complex enterprise environments and passion about helping providers deliver better patient outcomes through technology and innovation
