Digital Media Manager
This position will assist in implementation and coordinating efforts to achieve the goals and objectives for the company set forth by the Digital Media Manager. Digital media programs include social media, e-commerce websites, Email, text messaging (SMS), online advertising, SEO and more. You will use customer data, marketing analytics and experience in digital media to assist in driving awareness, excitement and revenues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Strong ability to layout, design and program website elements
Support Manager in executing all email campaigns
Execute text message marketing campaigns and promotions, continuously growing the text database
Coordinate online contests and promotions for website and social media
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to continuously grow social media following
Identify opportunities in new social media channels to achieve business goals
Provides data for all social media reporting. Determine key metrics and insights
Research and identification of targeted keywords for use in paid campaigns
Coordinate paid search, display and retargeting campaigns, display ads and other digital assets
Assists in day-to-day audience engagement and response, representing the organization in a professional manner
Stays up to date on the ever‑evolving world of social media and shares learning and news
Support in project management software to maximize marketing workflow
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

One to two years’ experience in working with digital media marketing
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, PC)
One to two years of experience of social community management for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google, etc.
One to two years' experience using Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS
Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Double Click for Publisher experience
Graphic Design experience desired
Airtable experience desired
Showtime! CMS experience a plus
Education

High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in marketing, computer science or related fields
Demonstrated Skills or Knowledge

Knowledge of internet-based consumer behavior and direct marketing principles
Strong communication skills including oral & written
Demonstrated ability to attend to details within a multi-task work environment with constantly shifting deadlines
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and execute solutions
Demonstrate commitment to the principles of teamwork and shared responsibility
Ability to work with a diverse group of people including staff, board members, educators, students, community leaders and patrons
Ability to quickly learn new programs, processes and marketing concepts
Knowledge of the mechanics of social media writing
A passion for social media and the desire to be an expert
Additional Responsibilities

Professionally represents Ruth Eckerd Hall
Attend various organizational meetings
Representing the Marketing Department at select events
Complete all other duties as assigned
Physical Demands

Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
Ability to operate a computer terminal and basic office machines
Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license and good driving record
Ability to maintain good attendance is a condition of employment and a function of this position
Other

Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
