Tempus is seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Strategy & Enablement in California to orchestrate a scalable go-to-market engine. You will quarterback launches, build enablement programs, and align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data into a single, high-velocity motion that drives deal velocity.
This high-ownership, cross-functional role requires steering strategy to execution, crafting training curricula, and defining metrics and cadences to ensure repeatable success across teams.
