GTM Strategy & Enablement Director

Tempus AI is seeking a high-ownership leader to scale commercial enablement across the Data & AI Partnerships organization. You will own go-to-market launches, develop training curricula, and build an engine that aligns Sales, Marketing, Product and Data into one repeatable motion.
In this hybrid role, you’ll drive buyer-focused messaging, craft playbooks, and institute dashboards that reveal performance and accelerate deal velocity across multiple US locations, including Illinois and California.
