We're partnering with a premium apparel brand, seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across brand, digital, influencer, retail, and wholesale channels during a maternity leave coverage engagement.
This is an opportunity for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll own go-to-market planning, lead influencer initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and help drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across the business.
Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid: 2-3 Days Onsite Weekly)
Contract: August 2026 - January 2027
What You'll Do
Develop and execute seasonal and monthly go-to-market plans across multiple marketing channels
Lead integrated 360° campaigns from briefing through launch and optimization
Translate product priorities and brand objectives into actionable marketing strategies
Partner closely with creative, merchandising, ecommerce, retail, and wholesale teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution
Drive Business Performance
Develop marketing initiatives focused on traffic, conversion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
Partner with ecommerce and performance marketing teams to analyze results and optimize campaigns
Leverage data and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions
Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Lead Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships
Own influencer strategy and campaign execution from concept through reporting
Identify and cultivate relationships with creators who authentically align with the brand
Partner with social and PR teams to maximize brand storytelling and campaign impact
Manage influencer activations that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as a key connector across marketing, merchandising, ecommerce, creative, retail, and wholesale teams
Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and marketing assets across multiple workstreams
Ensure key product launches and business priorities are fully supported through marketing efforts
Maintain clear communication and project momentum in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within fashion, apparel, retail, lifestyle, beauty, or DTC brands
Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and integrated marketing campaigns
Strong influencer marketing experience, including creator identification, campaign management, and performance measurement
Experience partnering with paid social and performance marketing teams
Deep understanding of consumer marketing, digital marketing, and ecommerce best practices
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with experience using performance data to guide decisions
Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter who takes ownership and drives projects forward independently
