Marketing Manager

We've partnered with a well-established engineering consultancy in Baltimore who are making a significant investment into their Baltimore office. The engineering firm have decades of experience providing MEP engineering services to clients across a broad range of market sectors, delivering excellent design solutions. As a Marketing Manager with the team, you will oversee the entire pursuit process, lead client presentations and represent the firm to stakeholders with a strong marketing background and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities Define and execute the marketing and communication activities
Lead and oversee the proposal and pursuit process including strategy development, teaming selection, technical proposal creation and client presentations
Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
Collaborate with business development and market sector teams to promote identify and secure collaboration opportunities
Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Monitor procurement sources for new opportunities and oversee Go/No-Go decision-making processes
Qualifications Bachelor's degree & 10+ years of experience in marketing within the AEC industry
Proficiency in InDesign graphic design & Deltek database
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
Salary: Commensurable with background & experience
