Job Summary
The Associate Product Manager is a trusted, collaborative, and detail-oriented contributor responsible for supporting product strategy execution and lifecycle management. This role partners closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to bring products to market and drive business performance. The Associate Product Manager owns a small portfolio of studio partners, with responsibility for day-to-day management of those relationships and product lines while developing toward full product ownership.
What Will Your Role Involve
Support execution and maintenance of product roadmaps aligned to company strategy
Fully own a defined subset of studio partners and their product portfolios
Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle for assigned studios, including setup, data, and end-of-life planning
Build and maintain relationships with assigned studio partners
Analyze financial metrics (revenue, margin, inventory) and provide insights
Monitor business trends and translate data into recommendations
Research and support product selection to maintain a balanced assortment
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and forecasting to support product success
Support preparation of presentations and reporting
Identify risks and escalate as appropriate
Other duties as assigned

Ability to build relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in retail buying, category management, or merchandise planning

Base Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000.
