Key responsibilities
Design 2-3 A/B tested thumbnails daily for YouTube and social media channels
Write engaging, SEO-optimized titles and descriptions to maximize audience engagement
Analyze performance metrics and iterate designs based on data and audience insights
Required qualifications
Experience creating high-performing digital content, particularly YouTube thumbnails for videos with 100k+ views
Strong copywriting skills with proficiency in English
Understanding of performance analytics and a passion for continuous optimization
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience using professional editing and AI tools for image enhancement
