Your career opportunity
This role sits within Global Procurement, providing administrative and co-ordination support across BAU and project activity, with a strong focus on governance and control. The jobholder supports Global Procurement People & Training and Communications activities, including townhalls, newsletters, weekly updates, inbox management and distribution lists.
The role includes monitoring training take-up and tracking communication effectiveness through basic analysis and reporting. The jobholder contributes to process improvements that increase efficiency and strengthen controls, while maintaining clear documentation to support continuity of service. Working with the Head of Business Management, Procurement COO stakeholders and global colleagues, the jobholder develops strong stakeholder management and communication skills. The role also builds awareness of operational risk, compliance and the Three Lines of Defence, supporting future progression into Procurement-focused roles or PMO/Project support career paths.
What you'll do
Develop and implement new systems and processes that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance global governance across Procurement Operations.
Track, follow up, and manage action points to ensure initiatives are clearly owned, prioritised, and delivered against agreed objectives and deadlines.
Provide day-to-day project and BAU support to the Business Management team, managing multiple workstreams autonomously and concurrently.
Support delivery of the Global Procurement People & Training and Communications strategies, working closely with Senior Operational Manager leads and Business Management stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate leadership and engagement communications, including Townhall events, newsletters, and weekly Procurement achievements updates.
Own training operations, including scheduling, registration processes, and monitoring training take-up and attendance.
Maintain key communication channels and content, including intranet/webpages, distribution lists (updated weekly using HR data), inbox management, and site/folder permissions.
Embed operational effectiveness and control, ensuring policies, procedures, governance and risk requirements are followed; maintain strong documentation, proofread/copy-edit materials, and provide ad hoc support as needed.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision.
Effective time management and ability to take direction from multiple sources and prioritise effectively; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish and meet deadlines.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Zoom webinars and creating video content, great advantage.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 10 733 PLN – 14 000 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
