Position Overview
We are pleased to introduce the

Digital Creator Fellowship Program , a paid, contract-based opportunity designed to support the career development of graduating seniors and recent graduates completing a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or related fields.

Fellows are positioned as

Content Creator Associates , executing content strategies developed by TN Advisory for active client engagements. Each fellow holds a direct paid contract with TN Advisory for the duration of their client placement. Each engagement is hybrid and includes on-site content production days, with compensation structured on a project basis. Clients will have the option to extend full-time employment offers to fellows at the conclusion of the engagement, creating a pathway to full-time placement.

Given the level of mentorship and client matching we provide, this program is intentionally limited to a small, highly selective cohort.

Qualifications

Graduating senior or recent graduate completing a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a related field

Proficiency in short-form and long-form content creation and editing

Proficiency in editing and design softwares (e.g. Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, and Canva)

Based in or able to travel to San Bernardino County for on-site content days (hybrid)

Strong communication skills and professionalism, as fellows represent TN Advisory directly to clients

This program is offered in partnership with select university career centers.
