Wander is seeking an in‑office onboarding specialist in Austin to manage the end‑to‑end onboarding for WanderOS accounts. You will own timelines, owners, blockers, and the customer experience from contract to booking.
In this hands‑on role you’ll work closely with Sales, Site Builders, CSMs, and Engineering to move accounts from closed‑won to live pre‑booking within 14 days and to deliver a smooth, white‑glove launch.
