We're partnering with an established creator management business representing some of the internet's most influential digital talent across YouTube, social media, podcasting and entertainment. Following continued growth, they're looking to hire a Senior Talent Manager to take ownership of an existing roster while helping drive the next phase of the company's expansion.

The Role
As a Senior Talent Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of established creators, acting as their day-to-day strategic partner while identifying new commercial opportunities and driving revenue growth.

You'll collaborate closely with brand partnerships, operations and leadership teams to deliver exceptional management and help creators build sustainable businesses beyond social media.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of creators across multiple digital platforms.

Lead creator strategy, career planning and long-term business development.

Negotiate brand partnerships, commercial agreements and talent contracts.

Identify new revenue streams including licensing, consumer products, live events, podcasts and IP opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies and industry partners.

Source and onboard new creator talent where appropriate.

Oversee campaign delivery alongside internal teams to ensure a best-in-class client experience.

Act as a trusted advisor to creators across all aspects of their business.

About You

4+ years' experience in creator talent management, influencer management or digital talent representation.

Experience managing high-profile creators and growing long-term client relationships.

Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of negotiating brand partnerships.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Confident working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Passionate about digital media, creator businesses and the evolving creator economy.
