German Voice Actor for CX AI Agent Voice Cloning

Role Overview

Provide high-quality German voice recordings to train and evaluate a customer experience AI agent, delivering consistent, expressive, and clean audio across a variety of scripted styles. This role is suited to experienced voice actors, narrators, and broadcasters who can follow technical recording guidelines and produce repeatable takes.
Key Responsibilities

Record clear, natural, and expressive speech from provided scripts spanning conversational, narrative, and instructional styles
Maintain consistent voice, accent, tone, pacing, and pronunciation across sessions
Follow detailed recording guidelines, including environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
Perform multiple takes with controlled variation in emotion, emphasis, and delivery when requested
Deliver clean, low-noise audio suitable for training text-to-speech models
Qualifications

Native German speaker, currently based in Germany
Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and pop filter
Strong control of intonation, diction, and emotional range, with the ability to follow scripts precisely while sounding natural
Reliable availability for 5-10 hours per week over the project duration
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
Ability to produce multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm
Work Terms

Remote work, recordings performed from your location in Germany
Hourly engagement, flexible scheduling within the weekly commitment
Expected commitment of approximately 5-10 hours per week, for the duration of the project
Compensation

50 per hour
Eligibility and Use of Recordings

Applicants must be native German speakers and currently located in Germany
Your recordings will be used exclusively to train and evaluate the client''s internal CX AI Agent, they will not be sold, licensed, or reused for other products, datasets, or purposes
