German Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning

Role Overview

Provide high-quality German voice recordings to train and evaluate an internal customer experience AI agent. This role focuses on delivering consistent, expressive, and clean audio across a variety of scripted styles, from conversational to instructional, and is suited to experienced voice actors, narrators, or broadcast professionals based in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
Record clear, natural, and expressive voice samples across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material
Maintain consistent voice, accent, and delivery across sessions
Control tone, pacing, pronunciation, intonation, and emotional range as directed
Follow detailed recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
Provide multiple takes and variations in emotion, emphasis, and style when requested
Qualifications
Native German speaker currently based in Germany
Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, for example a quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter
Strong diction, timing, and ability to follow scripts while sounding natural
Reliable availability for 5 to 10 hours per week for the project
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recording for text-to-speech, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
Ability to produce multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm
Work Terms
Work location: Remote, must be based in Germany
Engagement type: Hourly contract
Typical commitment: 5 to 10 hours per week over the project period
Compensation
Pay rate: 50 per hour
Eligibility and Usage Terms
Your recordings will be used exclusively to create and evaluate the client''s internal CX AI agent, they will not be sold, licensed, or reused for any other product, dataset, or purpose
Your voice may be cloned for that internal CX AI agent, please apply only if you consent to voice cloning for this specific use case
Must be currently based in Germany and legally eligible to work as an independent contractor in Germany
