Who are we? At MeMed, our mission is to translate the immune system’s complex signals into simple insights that transform how diseases are diagnosed and treated. We are looking for a Commercial Marketing Director to own MeMed’s commercial marketing strategy, leading value proposition, driving competitive strategy, enabling sales execution, and ensuring strong post-launch performance and market adoption.
Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy & Positioning: Define, refine, and adjust value propositions and product messaging; translate clinical and product value into compelling narratives; partner with Product, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Market Access to align on positioning and pricing.
Competitive Strategy: Analyze competitors, technologies, and trends; identify differentiators; anticipate competitor moves and develop response plans; equip commercial teams with competitive intelligence.
Sales Enablement: Lead development of sales collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, product sheets, objection-handling guides); plan and deliver sales training.
Marcom Management & Demand Generation: Manage brand, PR, digital campaigns, website, trade shows, and thought leadership; lead demand and lead generation with focus on events and field-driven activities.
Proficient and Intentional Use of AI Tools: Leverage AI to increase speed, quality, and effectiveness; model AI-augmented workflows.
Post-Launch Performance & Optimization: Partner with product marketing to monitor adoption, sales performance, customer feedback, and competitive response.
KOL & Advisory Strategy: Collaborate with Medical and Scientific Affairs on KOL planning and execution.
Qualifications & Experience:

8–12+ years in commercial marketing (MedTech/IVD/diagnostics/life sciences); strong experience with sales teams and commercial leadership (global and US); proven success launching and growing medical/diagnostic products; ability to integrate AI tools; strategic and hands‑on; results-driven; strong communication and stakeholder management; experience in regulated environments; advanced degree preferred.
Location: Israel / US east coast or Boston area.
