A growing insurance brokerage is expanding across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast and is seeking an experienced Commercial Marketing Director to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial insurance professional who enjoys working strategically with Producers and Account Executives to develop creative marketing strategies, negotiate with carriers, and deliver strong solutions for clients.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Producers and Account Executives to market commercial insurance accounts

Develop and execute effective account marketing strategies

Negotiate coverage, pricing, and terms with insurance carriers

Build and maintain strong carrier relationships

Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative client solutions

Stay current on market conditions, carrier appetites, and industry trends

Contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking team environment
