Volunteer Event Photographer: Youth Advocacy Panel

Through our one-of-a-kind ten-year commitment, Fiver provides experiences that challenge and builds relationships that nurture so that youth from systemically under-resourced communities in New York can create their own positive futures. Document the Moments That Shape Our Youth Fiver Children's Foundation is seeking talented volunteer photographers to capture high-quality moments during our Fiver Advocates Career Panel and Happy Hour. This two-part event transitions from an insightful professional panel at Digital Bridge to a networking happy hour at The Naked Pig. We want to capture the curiosity, engagement, and vital community connections being built throughout the afternoon.
Volunteer Responsibilities We are looking for a photographer to capture the energy of the event, specifically focusing on a "shot list" that includes
Posed shots of individuals and small groups.
The Fiver Advocates Co-Chairs sharing a few words with the volunteers.
Candid shots of attendees engaged in networking and conversation.
A formal group photo of the attendees and volunteers.
Delivery Provide edited, high-resolution digital files via a shared link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
What We're Looking For Experience in event photography, networking environments, and group portraits.
Ability to provide your own camera equipment and adapt to changing environments (shifting from a corporate office setting to a restaurant/bar setting).
Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging approach.
Impact Your time and dedication will help document a pivotal event for our Fiver Advocates network. These photos will be used to celebrate our volunteers, promote future networking opportunities, share with our supporters, and showcase the vibrant community partnerships that champion Fiver's mission.
