Program Supervisor - Residential Children's Homes

Sunshine Residential Homes, LLC in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee seven group homes and lead House Managers who supervise ~10 children each. The role focuses on safeguarding welfare, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring high-quality care for children in our foster program.
The ideal candidate will be organized, an excellent communicator, and capable of multitasking, with trauma-informed care experience and a willingness to respond to emergencies.
