What you´ll do

Own SexyHair’s Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest content calendars — planning, creating, and publishing daily content aligned with brand and campaign priorities
Concept, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and visual content (Reels, carousels, Stories, Pins) that capture SexyHair’s fun, fearless brand voice
Monitor platform trends and adapt SexyHair’s content to stay culturally relevant and algorithmically optimized.
Actively engage with the SexyHair community — responding to comments, resharing user content, and celebrating stylists and fans.
Identify and amplify UGC that highlights transformation, creativity, and community belonging
Collaborate with stakeholders from the Creative, Digital Commerce, Education, and Brand teams to bridge content into social storytelling
Support the Senior Manager in identifying creators and professional stylists for collaboration opportunities
Assist in briefing creators, reviewing content, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and storytelling goals.
Manage production schedules, ensuring delivery of high-quality assets on time
Ensure all content is publication-ready, visually impactful, and engaging from the first frame
Analyze performance, track, and report on channel KPIs such as engagement, saves, shares, growth, and referral traffic
Collaborate with Paid Media and Business Intelligence to amplify high-performing content and measure ROI
