SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer III is responsible for developing visual concepts, creating designs for digital and print materials, and collaborating with marketing and development teams to ensure brand consistency. This position can work on a variety of projects, including advertisements, websites, logos, brochures, and social media content.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads design projects from concept to completion.
Collaborates with clients to understand their design needs and objectives.
Develops and presents design proposals and strategies to clients.
Creates high-quality designs for various mediums, including print and digital.
Provides feedback to junior graphic designers.
Coordinates with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate production.
Stays updated with emerging design trends and technologies.
Graphic Designer should be proficient in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Acrobat Pro
Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word Layout and publication design
JAWS Section 508 accessibility requirements Forms and document design
Creating accessible PDFs and electronic publications
Knowledge of plain language principles
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four to seven (4-7) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
