Proposal Coordinator

Clearance: US Citizenship required.
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (VA/DC/MD) — Onsite/Hybrid per program requirements. Candidates must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the DC metro area prior to start.
Salary: $75,000–$130,000 — Commensurate with experience
Responsibilities

Support proposal managers in coordinating schedules, templates, and document production.
Maintain proposal libraries, boilerplate content, and past performance repositories.
Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across proposal teams.
Format, edit, and proofread proposal documents for compliance and consistency.
Support color team review logistics and desktop publishing.
Assist with RFP/RFI analysis and compliance matrix development.
Requirements

Experience supporting proposal development in a federal contracting environment.
Strong organizational, writing, and editing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
Exposure to proposals supporting DoW, DHS, FBI, or another national security agency customer.
Willingness to work onsite in the DC metro area as required.
Preferred Skills

Experience with desktop publishing and document formatting for federal proposals.
Familiarity with Shipley or similar proposal methodologies.
APMP Foundation certification.
Education And Work Experience

3–15 years of relevant experience, with placement (Mid, Senior, or Lead) commensurate with demonstrated experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
