Asset Living seeks a TOPS Community Manager Specialist to provide on-site leadership during staffing transitions, vacancies, or new acquisitions. This floating role mirrors a standard Community Manager's duties while delivering rapid deployment and stabilization.
You will oversee operations, leasing, maintenance, and risk management across multifamily, affordable, BTR, active adult, or student housing as assigned, with travel up to 100% of the time.
