Position Overview
As part of theIntegrated Marketing CommunicationsTeam, you will play a role inbuilding, managing, and trackingallCordless & Robot productdemand plans. This will include partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Content Strategy, Creative, Media, and Analytics to bring launch plans to life. You will help manage agencies on mediaplanning, creativestrategy/concepting,socialcontent,videoproduction,andPR pitching/events. You will lead in-market performance updates, and strategy/creative optimizations throughout the campaign lifecycle.The right individual will have a collaborative working style with an enthusiasm for making connections with cross-functional co-workers, strong organizational skills, and personal responsibility.
Responsibilities
Build, manage, and track all Robot & Cordless vacuum demand plans
Oversee daily and weekly reporting oforganic and paid mediaperformance tooptimizemessaging, creative, and strategies to deliver onmarketinggoals
Work with cross functional global teams to bring new products to market, support localization of global plans, and ensure seamless integration in market
Immerse yourself in the consumer and competitive intelligence to communicate competitive advantage and what it takes to win in the market
Support writingagencybreifsand help manage agency coordination, execution, and internal alignment/approvals
Key Functional Skills/Knowledge

Qualifications
Minimum of5years of prior Marketing experiencerequired, preferably with direct responsibility forbrand strategy, messaging, positioning, andcommsstrategy and execution
Experience in managing, building, and growing teams
Experienceleveragingconsumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns
Experience in creative strategy development, advertising and launching new products
Experience in launching products globally across several different markets
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
$61,200—$129,300 USD
