Creative Production Specialist

Unique Vacations, Inc. -- an affiliate of the worldwide representative for Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts -- is seeking a forward-thinking Creative Production Specialist to join its remarkable Miami-based, in-house team.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Creative Production Specialist to support our production management team in various stages of the production process. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the creative industry, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job roles and responsibilities include:
Assist the production team with communications with external vendors for print, photography, video, digital or other special projects including but not limited to estimating, project tracking, and follow up with accounting.
Use Asana, Monday.com, Dropbox, and other online platforms as needed to maintain departmental communications, project organization, tracking and more.
Assist with research and gathering information for projects such as mood boards, production samples, etc.
Assist the production team with preparation for shoots, including organizing equipment, props, etc.
Act as a liaison between Creative and Resort Operations teams, and other company stakeholders, prior to, during shoots and in post-production as needed.
Coordinate communication and distribution of shoot documents such as schedules, call sheets, and releases.
Coordinate logistics with production team for crew and talent, including transportation and accommodations.
Help coordinate set up and break down of production with crew and resort team.
Participate in pre and post-production tasks, such as file naming, organization, and storage back-up.
Provide general support to the production team as needed, including running errands and obtaining supplies.
Monitor and track inventory of production supplies and company equipment.
Assist in other aspects of pre-production and production-related tasks ad hoc.
Competence requirements include:
Previous experience (work or internship) in a print / photo / video production environment is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends (due to international travel).
Must have a valid Passport and the ability to travel internationally.
Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of production software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.) is a plus.
Education: Associate or bachelor's degree (A.A. / B. A.) from four-year College or university; and two to three years of experience with a production, advertising, or creative design studio; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
