Head of Service Talent & Resource Strategy

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Director of Service Talent & Resource Strategy to oversee operational staffing and strategic workforce planning for our client service department in Georgia. You will ensure teams are staffed effectively day-to-day by placing the right people with the right clients.
You will build structures, standards, and a talent pipeline to position the department for growth, scale, and performance, partnering with the People Team to define benchmarks and promote internal mobility.
