We are seeking passionate and driven consultative sales professionals to add to our team of European travel experts. As an

Inside Sales Consultant , you will interact daily with our Travel Advisors through a B2B2C sales model to help consult and then create custom itineraries for them to bring to their travelers. This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales role where relationship-building and consultative selling are at the heart of what we do!

This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity based in the United States, working a 40-hour week. You’ll typically work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 6 am and 5 pm (Pacific Time), with occasional weekend coverage as part of the team.

What we’ll offer:

Competitive base salary ($42,000 to $44,000) and OTE ($75,000 in your first year with potential to increase beyond that from year 2+)

What you’ll do:

Engage with Travel Advisors via email and phone to qualify, discover, then build quotes based on their traveler's needs through a consultative sales process

Design custom European itineraries including arrangements for air, hotels, sightseeing and ground transportation.

Manage a robust inbound sales pipeline (100+ active deals) using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to track progress and forecast revenue.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the travel industry, with a focus on European markets

Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

Work independently with a high level of self-discipline, while also engaging in team collaboration and contributing to a positive, results-driven culture.

Maintain an elevated level of customer service to exceed expectations and NPS targets.

What you’ll bring:

Sales Experience: Proven full-cycle sales experience in a quota-carrying consultative environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in CRM tools, with HubSpot experience preferred

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an executive presence

Business Acumen: Skilled in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and adapting to fast-changing environments.

Mindset: You’re motivated by results, thrive in a competitive environment, and have a natural drive to succeed.

Travel Knowledge: An interest in travel and knowledge of key European destinations is a real plus!
