QNY is hiring an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support influencer and creator campaigns across multiple food, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
This is not a training role. We are looking for someone with real influencer marketing experience who can step in quickly, manage moving pieces, communicate professionally, negotiate with creators, and keep campaigns organized from outreach through reporting.
The right candidate is a self-starter, a strong communicator, and highly detail-oriented. You should be comfortable sourcing creators, managing outreach, negotiating rates and deliverables, creating contracts, briefing influencers, tracking content, and reporting on performance.
What You’ll Do
Support influencer and creator campaigns across multiple client brands
Research, identify, and vet influencers and content creators based on brand fit, audience, engagement, content quality, and campaign objectives
Build influencer target lists and recommend creator partners for client campaigns
Manage influencer outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, and relationship management
Negotiate creator rates, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, exclusivity, and content expectations
Draft and manage influencer agreements, contracts, scopes, and campaign requirements
Brief and onboard influencers, ensuring they understand brand guidelines, deliverables, timelines, approval processes, and content expectations
Track influencer deliverables, posting dates, content links, usage permissions, and campaign status
Coordinate product seeding, mailers, event invitations, and creator logistics as needed
Review influencer content for brand alignment, accuracy, quality, and required disclosures
Monitor live creator content and capture performance metrics
Build campaign recaps and influencer reports with clear performance insights and recommendations
Maintain organized trackers, creator databases, campaign documentation, and status updates
Collaborate with social, account, creative, and strategy teams to ensure influencer work supports broader campaign goals
Who You Are
You have hands-on influencer marketing experience and understand how creator campaigns actually work
You are confident negotiating with influencers and creator managers
You are comfortable managing multiple brands, campaigns, deadlines, and creator conversations at once
You are proactive and do not wait to be told what needs to happen next
You are detail-oriented and understand that contracts, usage rights, timelines, and deliverables matter
You can communicate clearly with creators, clients, and internal teams
You are organized, accountable, and ready to move quickly
You can turn campaign activity into a clear report with results, learnings, and next steps
Requirements
1 to 3 years of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR, or agency experience
Direct experience sourcing, contacting, briefing, and managing influencers or content creators
Experience negotiating creator rates and deliverables
Experience with influencer contracts, campaign scopes, usage rights, and timelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage detailed trackers and timelines
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and creator-led platforms
Ability to evaluate creators based on content quality, audience fit, engagement, and brand alignment
Experience reporting on influencer campaign performance
Food, beverage, hospitality, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience is a plus
Agency experience is a plus
