Our client, a leading organization in the technology and digital solutions industry, is seeking an Art Director III to join their creative team. As an Art Director III, you will be part of the Design Department supporting cross-functional teams including product design, content creation, and engineering. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range

$120.00-$130.00 per hour
What's the Job?

Scale and implement a new illustration style across the organization through art directing and executing illustrations and animations for in-product use.
Collaborate with illustrators, art directors, animators, content designers, engineers, and product designers to ensure a consistent brand system.
Maintain high standards of craft by paying close attention to detail and quality in all visual outputs.
Guide high-quality outputs through productive iteration, fostering innovative problem-solving with a systems mindset.
Participate in team critiques, design sprints, and workshops to refine visual storytelling and illustration standards.
What's Needed?

An illustration portfolio demonstrating both direction and hands-on execution of conceptual, compositional, and color skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and vector graphics.
Experience creating and exporting simple vector animations in After Effects.
4+ years of relevant illustration experience, including adopting in-house illustration styles.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
