Responsibilities for an Art Director include but are not limited to:

· Own and maintain Redken's visual brand identity across all channels.

· Create and execute creative campaigns for social, e-commerce, retail, print, and paid media.

· Lead photo and video shoots, including concept development and on-set art direction.

· Manage multiple creative projects and product launches simultaneously.

· Collaborate with marketing, copy, video teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality creative.

Candidates for Art Director must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer.

· Strong portfolio showcasing social, e-commerce, retail/merchandising, and print work.

· Proven experience art directing photo and video shoots.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered creative tools.

· Beauty, cosmetics, or haircare industry experience preferred.

Pay Details:

$56.74 per hour
