Latino Network’s mission is: Leading with love, we cultivate our staff and community as a powerful force for radical social change. We do this through Latino community-driven programs, advocacy, and service. Our work springs from the core belief in Latino community self-determination, that is, the ability of community members to participate meaningfully in the decisions that affect their lives and the lives of their families. We actively partner across a variety of city, county, state, and community organizations to deliver training and support, a wide range of services, as well as influence policy.
ECONOMIC JUSTICE VISION
We envision a thriving Latino community where our youth and families have clear and accessible pathways to prosperity, can build wealth, and have opportunities for self-actualization. This requires a radical redistribution of resources and power, along with programs rooted in deep, meaningful relationships where our participants are seen, cared for, feel they belong, achieve stability, and are supported in pursuing their dreams and providing for their future generations. We believe that it is a human right to have a roof over our heads, food on our table, and the opportunity to salir adelante.
