Associate Director Economic Justice Latino Network

Latino Network’s mission is: Leading with love, we cultivate our staff and community as a powerful force for radical social change. We do this through Latino community-driven programs, advocacy, and service. Our work springs from the core belief in Latino community self-determination, that is, the ability of community members to participate meaningfully in the decisions that affect their lives and the lives of their families. POSITION DESCRIPTION
Latino Network seeks a bilingual, mission-driven, and service-minded professional with bi-cultural familiarity and proven nonprofit and community leadership experience. As part of the Economic Justice Department at Latino Network, the Associate Director candidate will collaborate with staff, community, and other stakeholders to achieve program goals, meet and document measurable outcomes, contribute to a collegial and productive work environment, and promote the organization’s vision and mission, prioritizing the team’s well-being and fostering a culture of collaboration, harmony, and joy.

This position supports the Director of Economic Justice to oversee the overall direction, coordination, and growth of the Latino Network’s Economic Justice programs. In line with the department’s established vision and strategic plan, the Associate Director supports the Director and the Associate Deputy Director of Programs in implementing and developing programming in housing, workforce, transportation, and energy services. The role leads a diverse team across multiple programs with varying needs, providing individualized support, guidance, and supervision to ensure program success. The Associate Director fosters a collaborative and strength-based work environment that empowers staff to grow professionally, build leadership capacity, and reach their full potential. This position supports the Director in budget management, contract compliance, and funding opportunities. The Associate Director develops evaluation tools and serves as the department’s data Steward, supporting the department in elevating and showcasing community impact through storytelling, communications, and outreach efforts.
