Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves assisting the mixing team, preparing materials, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment to ensure efficient production.

Job Title: Mixer - 1st shift

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rate:
$21 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Clean vats, bowls, and production equipment thoroughly
Assist the mixing crew with daily production tasks
Pre-weigh ingredients and materials for the next day's production
Clean machine parts and extensions as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety and operational procedures
Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of factory or manufacturing experience
Ability to lift between 50-75 lbs regularly
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude
Strong basic math skills
Self-motivated and dependable
