Remote Volunteer Animator & Motion Graphics Designer iLevelUP

Help iLevelUP explain education, career, financial-capability, and life-readiness concepts through accessible animation and motion design for underserved youth and young people.
We are seeking volunteer Animators and Motion Graphics Designers to create engaging visual sequences for lessons, explainers, social media, presentations, onboarding, and campaigns.
Responsibilities:Translate approved scripts and storyboards into animation concepts and production plansCreate motion graphics, character or object animation, transitions, diagrams, titles, and visual effectsDesign for comprehension, accessibility, pacing, captions, and mobile viewingPrepare style frames, animatics, reusable templates, and platform-ready exportsOrganize source files, assets, versions, credits, and review linksFollow iLevelUP brand, privacy, release, copyright, and respectful-representation standardsCollaborate with writers, producers, editors, designers, accessibility, and program teamsIncorporate structured feedback and meet project deadlinesQualifications:Portfolio demonstrating animation, motion graphics, illustration, or visual storytellingProficiency with After Effects, Blender, Animate, Cavalry, or comparable toolsStrong timing, composition, typography, file organization, and collaborationAbility to optimize output for web, mobile, video, and social platformsEducation, accessibility, or youth-media experience is helpfulThis is a remote, recurring project-based role available within the United States. Expect approximately 3–8 hours per month.
