Location: Hopkinsville, KY (Onsite)

Required Skills



  • 5-7+ years of experience in Desktop Management / Infrastructure Services (IS).

  • Hands-on experience with Crestron Audio/Video device installation, configuration, and support.

  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Zoom conferencing solutions.

  • Expertise in conference room setup, Audio/Video troubleshooting, and event support.

  • Experience providing white-glove/VIP support for meetings, webinars, and executive events.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop support and endpoint troubleshooting.

  • Experience replacing hardware components such as hard drives, power supplies, network cards, and other peripherals.

  • Hands-on experience with rack & stack operations, equipment installation, labeling, and cable management.

  • Knowledge of network connectivity, fiber optics, and communication links.

  • Experience with asset management, inventory tracking, and spare parts management.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, network connectivity, and conferencing devices.

  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management.

  • Excellent communication and customer support skills.


Nice to Have



  • ITIL Certification.

  • Experience supporting executive/VIP conference rooms.

  • Experience with enterprise Deskside Support environments.

  • Provide white-glove onsite Audio/Video support for executive meetings, conferences, webinars, and large events.

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Crestron AV equipment, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and conference room technologies.

  • Prepare and test conference rooms at least one hour before scheduled meetings and events.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to AV devices, Windows systems, conferencing hardware, and network connectivity.

  • Perform hardware installation, replacement, upgrades, and maintenance of AV and desktop equipment.
  • Execute rack & stack activities, equipment labeling, cable management, and physical infrastructure maintenance.

  • Verify network, fiber, and communication connectivity to ensure uninterrupted meeting support.

  • Coordinate with Level 2 support teams by providing remote access and assisting throughout critical meetings or events.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, asset tracking, serial numbers, and spare equipment.

  • Follow ITIL best practices for incident, request, and change management.

  • Deliver exceptional end-user and VIP support while ensuring high availability of conference room technologies.
