Social Media Intern

Love TikTok, Reels, editing, and capturing content that actually feels current?
Social Fleur is looking for a paid Social Media Intern to join our Los Angeles team. You will help capture and edit short-form content for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, food, and event clients.
This is a hands-on role for a marketing, business, communications, or media student who wants real agency experience and stronger work for their portfolio.
Schedule:

Part-time and ongoing
What you'll do

Help capture content at shoots, events, and store openings
Edit Reels, TikToks, and Stories
Follow shot lists and creative direction
Research trends, sounds, hooks, and editing styles
Support our social and creative teams
Are currently studying marketing, business, communications, media, or a related field
Create and edit content for your own social channels
Understand what makes short-form content engaging
Are comfortable using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools
Are reliable, creative, organized, and excited to learn
Live in Los Angeles and can attend shoots during business hours
Previous professional experience is not required. However, you must have a proven track record of creating, managing, and editing content for your own social channels.
