The client is seeking a VP North America leader for a European luxury watch brand serving a US domestic market focused on high net worth individuals. This role will be responsible for driving growth and managing commercial performance for the region, aligning the sales strategy and overall go-to-market approach with the brand’s luxury positioning. The ideal profile is a luxury goods executive with strong experience in the US domestic market and a background spanning both sales and marketing. The candidate may come from luxury categories such as fashion, leather goods, jewelry, watches, or wine and spirits, and should have experience across wholesale and retail channels. Prior PandL management is required, with responsibilities expected to include leading performance against targets and overseeing key commercial activities. Additional expectations include experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. The client values substantial senior experience in the prestige or luxury goods industry, and may favor candidates with previous senior leadership titles such as vice president, executive vice president, general manager, or country manager.
