Qualifications:
Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers)
Minimum three years of banquet, catering, or event sales experience
Proven track record of generating at least $1 million in annual sales
Strong outbound prospecting and business-development experience
Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation through event execution
Experience conducting venue tours, menu tastings, and client presentations
Strong proposal writing, pricing, negotiation, contract-management, and closing skills
Experience creating Banquet Event Orders and detailed event run sheets
Ability to coordinate handoffs between Sales, Culinary, Operations, and onsite event teams
Experience collecting deposits, processing payments, and managing contracts
Strong understanding of event budgets, guest counts, timelines, logistics, and upselling
Experience maintaining CRM records, lead pipelines, and sales reporting
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple clients and events simultaneously
Must live within approximately one hour of Staten Island
