Growth Channel Manager, Paid Search & Amazon Ads

The Growth Marketing Team at Eko is the expansion engine of our business and is responsible for driving the business forward through both digital and offline channels. Our team is highly cross-functional, and we work closely with other teams in the organization. We are a group of thoughtful, strategic, and analytical thinkers who are committed to sharing Eko with the world.
We're seeking a Growth Channel Manager, Paid Search & Amazon Ads to own the strategy, day-to-day execution, and operations of our paid search and Amazon Ads programs across Google, Bing, Shopping/PLA, and Amazon. This is a hybrid role: roughly 70% of your time will be spent hands-on-keys as the channel manager for Paid Search, Shopping, and Amazon Ads — campaign setup, bid management, budget pacing, keyword strategy, and platform-level optimization — and 30% will be spent in growth marketing operations, supporting the broader Growth Marketing team with process, reporting cadence, tooling, and cross-channel coordination. You'll need to be highly analytical — comfortable reading performance data, dashboards, and reports, and using that information to guide day-to-day operational decisions — but this is not a dedicated analytics role. Deeper measurement work, such as attribution modeling, MMM, and incrementality testing, is owned by Eko's analytics/BI team, and you'll partner closely with them so your channels are represented accurately in that work, translating their findings into changes within your campaigns. As a key member of Eko's Growth Marketing Team, you will own the media strategy and performance of these channels and work cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes across the funnel.
Essential Functions

Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and operations for paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads, including Search, Shopping/PLA, and Performance Max.

Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and operations for Amazon Ads as a core acquisition channel, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other Amazon Network ad formats.

Develop and implement full-funnel search and Amazon campaigns that drive customer acquisition while maintaining efficient CAC and strong ROAS.

Manage keyword strategy, bid management, account structure, quality score, and budget pacing across all owned channels to scale spend responsibly.

Partner with the creative and lifecycle teams to develop compelling ad copy and landing page/listing experiences tailored to search and shopper intent.

Monitor performance dashboards and channel-level reporting to catch issues early, identify optimization opportunities, and keep campaigns pacing to plan.

Partner with Eko's analytics/BI team on attribution and measurement (e.g., MMM, incrementality tests, geo-holdouts, MTA), ensuring your channels are represented accurately in the broader marketing mix, and operationalize their findings into campaign-level changes.

Support the broader Growth Marketing team's operations, including maintaining reporting cadences, budget trackers, and shared documentation, coordinating tooling and platform access, and helping keep cross-channel workflows running smoothly.

Stay ahead of industry trends, including automation, AI-driven bidding, and platform changes, and apply learnings to enhance search and Amazon Ads strategy.

Run a structured test-and-learn roadmap across bidding strategies, ad copy, keyword expansion, and feed optimization to uncover growth opportunities.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other channel managers, ecommerce, business intelligence, and customer care teams to align on measurement, messaging, and a seamless customer experience

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing paid search (SEM) campaigns, including hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Shopping/PLA campaigns, and Amazon Ads.

Analytical mindset, with a demonstrated ability to read performance data and dashboards fluently and translate them into day-to-day operational and optimization decisions. This is not a dedicated analytics role, but strong data literacy is essential.

Strong understanding of key performance metrics (e.g. CAC, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, LTV) and working familiarity with media attribution concepts (incrementality testing, MMM, multi-touch attribution), even though you won't be building these models yourself.

Experience working in B2C companies, such as direct-to-consumer brands, subscription businesses, or similar consumer-facing, performance-driven environments.

Comfort working within web and channel analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI/visualization platforms) that are built and maintained by others, using them to inform day-to-day decisions, and with large datasets where needed for your own operational reporting.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Strong operational and organizational skills, with experience maintaining reporting cadences, budget trackers, shared documentation, or similar processes that keep a marketing team running smoothly.

Comfort balancing hands-on channel execution with broader team support work, and prioritizing effectively across both.

Clear, proactive communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with experience keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines, tooling, and shared roadmaps.

A creative and entrepreneurial mindset —comfortable testing new ideas quickly and scaling what works.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience marketing in a regulated industry, specifically for DTC audiences.

Hands-on experience with SQL or statistical/modeling tools, even though attribution modeling itself sits with the analytics/BI team.

A passion for mission-driven work and improving lives through technology.
