Regional Director, Healthcare Business Development

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth across a multi-state territory. You will call prospective clients, schedule meetings, travel to meet executives, and present our physician recruiting services to decision makers.
The role partners with recruiting teams to place physicians in needs, negotiates contracts, and helps shape strategy. A track record in outside healthcare sales and a bachelor’s degree are preferred; 35-50% travel.
